Here at Paez’s 2 Cents worth, We are about you, Yes, we are going to give tips and info on just about everything you can imagine. If it is not covered now it will be in the near future, from making a great income to health info for you and you pets as well.
Many of us deal with stress every day and a lot of us have accepted this as a simple fact of life – very sad when you think about it. We go on holidays to relax and every now and then we will have a quiet evening in where we put our feet up and read a book – but these are really only brief bits of respite in between the daily grind of stress. Is this really the way life is meant to be?
Most of us would argue that no – life clearly isn’t supposed to be filled with this much stress and it’s actually very much a product of our society that should go. We have better technology than ever before allowing us all to achieve more quickly – so what is it that we are driving ourselves toward? Apart from anything else stress just isn’t good for you in extended doses – the amount of strain it places on your heart and immune system leaves you susceptible to colds and potential heart problems/high blood pressure, while the cortisone released can over time cause damage to the hippocampus in the brain.
One of the main causes of stress for many people is work, and if you’re stressed at work then you’ll be stressed for at least eight hours of every day – and probably when you get home you’ll bring that stress home with you too. It’s no surprise then that occupational stress can lead to depression, anxiety disorders, mental break downs and a range of health problems. Is it really worth it?
Even Bad breath, known technically as halitosis, can cause you stress, it is an ailment that affects many of us and which can be very difficult and embarrassing to live with. Bad breath as we know is characterized by pungent and unpleasant smelling breath which can be embarrassing every time we open our mouths to talk. When it’s very severe it can be enough to stifle our progress at work, and can certainly affect our relationships, thus causing you stress. There are many causes of halitosis and many things which can contribute to it,[ Smoking being one of them ] and likewise there are lots of remedies and ways to suppress the problem.
Smokers, If you smoke a few cigarettes each day, your lungs and air passages are contaminated by foreign, unwanted chemicals. Coughing is a reflex to clear partially obstructed airways and throat. Although repeated coughing is annoying, it is often important to protect yourself and eject unwanted materials. Coughs can be chronic or acute. Chronic coughs often last for more than two weeks. On the other hand, acute coughs last for shorter duration.
you inhale these chemicals, your body tries to eject them by coughing. The “early morning cough” that affect smokers is caused by one unique reason. On normal people, small hair-like formation (cilia) that lines the airways can sweep unwanted materials out of the lungs with outward movements. Unfortunately cigarette smoke decrease the sweeping movement, as the result some of the toxic substances remain in the lungs. When you sleep, cilia regain some of its effectiveness and it begins to work again, this is the reason why you cough in the morning. Your body is trying to clear away toxic materials that are accumulated the previous day.
Exercise and Diet are a very important part of a healthy life style.
There’s a big secret that supplement companies and publishers in the fitness industry don’t want you to know. No it’s not a miracle supplement or formula for getting strong, and it is not a great training programme that’s guaranteed to get you in great shape at once. There are no quick solutions when it comes to exercise and that’s part of the secret. The big secret regarding fitness, health and staying in shape in general is that it’s easy. That might sound like a hog wash to you, but 99% of the time it’s also completely accurate.
We know that we should eat a lot of protein in order to convert hard work into muscle. This works by supplying our body with the amino acids it will use to rebuild the muscle fibres and make them thicker, but again – that’s not important. We know about weight loss, and we know that all it takes is continuous aerobic/cardiovascular exercise such as running or swimming performed [ Which can be a lot of fun ] for an adequate amount of time which will cause our bodies to ‘burn’ fat. This coupled with a lower intake of calories will mean that we have a ‘calorie deficit’ so that more is going out than going in; and we will therefore lose weight, and you will also see your stress levels donw as well.
MMS is a controversial issue, but there is no worry about causing aging or oxidizing healthy cells or killing good bacteria. It doesn’t do that. For over 50 years chlorine dioxide (ClO2) has been used in many water supplies throughout the world because it only oxidizes the anaerobic bacteria or other anaerobic microorganisms. It is very picky about what it oxidizes. That is one of the main issues that make it useful to the human race. I’m talking about a characteristic of ClO2 that’s been known for over 50 years. This is a characteristic that is not true of oxygen, or ozone, or hydrogen peroxide, or any other oxidizer that is used in the human body. ClO2 is the only highly selective oxidizer known. You don’t have to protect the body from the small quantities ClO2 generated by MMS. It simply does not oxidize any beneficial bacteria or body cells. No side effects have been reported in hundreds of thousands of clinical trials and tests. You might want to read about the selective nature of ClO2. Just look up Chlorine Dioxide as a water purification chemical.
Excerpts from the research paper “War Against Microbes” written by the Bradford Research Institute.
“The following is a description of the characterization and mechanism of action of Dioxychlor(TM), researched and developed by American Biologies(TM), as relates to its antiviral, antibacterial, antimycoplasmal and antifungal activities. Dioxychlor(TM) has been in clinical use for over fifteen years with tens of thousands of infusions at the Amerian Biologies(TM) Intergrative Hospital and Medical Center as well as other clinics and hospitals throughout the world.
To understand fully the action of Dioxychlor on target organisms, it is necessary to describe in detail the chemical structure of this oxidant as well as the biochemical structure of substances found in these target organisms with which Dioxychlor(TM) interacts. These targets include viruses (the nucleic acides, RNA, DNA), bacteria and fungi.”
Dioxychlor(TM) is available on the Internet for sale and the entire scientific paper is available as well. The formula although somewhat weaker than MMS is the exact same chemical. (TM stands for Trade Mark). Go to Google and search Dioxychlor.
